Pricing note: These are the typical packages that most divers use but they can be easily customized to give you a wide latitude of hotel choices, diving, and many other activities. Planning Note: United flies to Palau every evening and returns VERY early the next morning.  Since all hotels have their checkout at 11 or 12am you've got at least another 14 hours before you get on the plane.   We will quote you for an extra night so you can stay there until midnight.

MIN # OF DIVERS: These special package prices are based on 2 divers to book at the same time, share a room, and participate in the activities together.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY? If you want a room to yourself you'll have to pay a single supplemental room charge.

VALID DATES & PRICES: All special packages are valid until April 1, 2012. Bookings are subject to availability of rooms. Upgrades to deluxe rooms are optional if you want them, or if the standard rooms are not available.  We are dependent upon our travel partners pricing, availability, and schedules. These packages are subject to change at any time.

 

HOTEL AVAILABILITY: If you are going to book your trip over a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter) there are limited rooms available. These are very busy times in Palau. We might have to try other hotels at different price ranges. You might also consider booking them with us well before (or after) these holidays if you can.

WHEN DO YOU PAY? No payment is required until we verify the availability of the hotel or services you want to do. Once these are confirmed we'll need a $200 deposit to hold these reservations.  All bookings must be paid as soon as possible (this means very quickly) -or- at least 30 days prior to your departure date if it's NOT booked over a holiday.  

AIRFARE PAYMENTS: We get special airline rates and if you want us to book your flights we'd be glad to do so.  Once we confirm the availability of the seats we have a very limited time to hold these seats so we need payment in full (as you would using on line bookings) as soon as possible.  

Palau General Information and tips to make your trip more enjoyable.

DON'T GET LEFT AT THE AIRPORT! Your passport can't expire within 6 months from your return date of travel. Please check the expiration date. We'll need your name exactly as it's on your passport, your date of birth, and your phone number after your reservations are confirmed.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: These are very special prices that our dive and hotels partners have committed to. There are no refunds within 15 days of your departure unless emergency, medical, or legal circumstances prevent you from going. The criteria for this would be military leave cancellations, deployments, and medical emergencies. In such cases we will need documentation to verify the cancellation.

Please note that during peak seasons some hotels limit their cancellation policy to 21-30 days prior to your departure date. We have no choice and will abide by this policy.  In all cases MDA will retain $75 for administrative costs. We are also not responsible for any penalties imposed by airline cancellations or changes in flight schedules. These are out of our control.

WHAT ABOUT AIR? We represent both Continental airlines and Fly Guam and can certainly assist you with this. Ask us for a quote or use your own miles.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Airfare in some packages, and fees paid in Palau: Palau eco green fee, dive permit, and departure fees.
