NEED RENTAL GEAR?: Book any package anywhere with us and you'll pay only $10 daily for a regulator, octopus, gauges, and bc. And you only pay for your actual diving days. This is a very special offer as you'll pay much more that anywhere you visit. You can even come in the day before and pick out exactly what you want.
ABOUT THE PRICES: *This is a per person price and is based upon two paying adults in the same room and the included activities. For families that wish to be in one room together the location and price might be adjusted depending upon what accomodations you want us to arrange. Kids pricing depends upon ages and breakfast options. SPECIAL KIDS PRICING: On all snorkelig and kayaking tours kids ages 3-9 kids get special pricing! Under 3 they are free but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We will give you all the exact prices based upon what you select. More information is here. We can also arrange for you to stay in your favorite hotel if you'd like to. |

MORE OPTIONS: These packagse are expandable. Included in the base price is everyting above. You can also add on more days, more dives, and different tours. Examples are Dolphin Encounter, Jungle River Cruise, Cultural Tour, more kayaing, etc. Please let us know what you'd like to do. WHEN TO DECIDE? In all candor, these are special trips we've designed and there is limited availability based upon the schedule, availability of rooms, air seats, boats, and planning. We need a minimum of 8 divers and 8 snorkelers to participate for each program. All we are asking is that you decide as soon as possible. MIN # OF DIVERS: These special package prices are based on 2 people to book at the same time, share a room, and participate in the activities together. SINGLE OCCUPANCY? If you want a room to yourself you'll have to pay a single supplemental room charge. PALAU PERMIT FEES NOT INCLUDED: Koror State Government Permit - $35.00 per person, valid for 10 days and includes entrance to Jellyfish Lake. Palau Environmental Fee and departure tax: $35, applicable to all - this is only payable in cash at the airport upon departure.
HOTEL AVAILABILITY: If you are going to book your trip over a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter) there are limited rooms available. These are very busy times in Palau. We might have to try other hotels at different price ranges. You might also consider booking them with us well before (or after) these holidays if you can. WHEN DO YOU PAY? We will need a $200 deposit per person to reserve your family. All confirmed reservations must be paid as soon as possible (this means very quickly) -or- at least 30 days prior to your departure date.
Please note that during peak seasons some hotels limit their cancellation policy to 21-30 days prior to your departure date. We have no choice and will abide by this policy.

VALID DATES & PRICES: All special packages are valid only for the dates indicated as we have arranged these activities with our travel partners. Bookings are subject to availability of rooms. Upgrades to deluxe rooms are optional if you want them, or if the standard rooms are not available. We are dependent upon our travel partners pricing, availability, and schedules. These packages are subject to change at any time.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: These are very special prices that our dive and hotels partners have committed to. There are no refunds within 15 days of your departure unless emergency, medical, or legal circumstances prevent you from going. The criteria for this would be military leave cancellations, deployments, and medical emergencies. In such cases we will need documentation to verify the cancellation.
