IDC PREP [OPTIONAL]
This one day program is to refresh the Instructor Candidate’s knowledge in dive theory prior to starting the IDC program. An optional pool session to review basic skills at “Demonstration Quality level” will be available prior to the prep day, based on request.
 PADI Instructor Development Course [IDC]
The IDC prepares the Instructor Candidate to effectively teach the PADI system of diver education. Upon completion of this challenging 10 day program the Candidate will be qualified to attend the 2-day PADI Instructor Examination [IE] scheduled to follow the IDC.
PREREQUISITES:
Verification of the following Certifications: Initial/Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue, EFR or Equivalent CPR & First Aid [current within 24 months], Divemaster
PADI Instructor Application Fee: $100.00
Required Materials: PADI IDC Crew pack with paper or digital version of the Instructor Manual. MDA offers reduced pricing on required materials for our future Instructors. Financing available upon request.

Emergency First Response [EFR] Instructor
This course will train you to teach the PADI Emergency First Response Course. Including CPR, First Aid, AED and Care for Children.
PREREQUISITES: Current EFR Primary/Secondary Care & Care for Children, or other current CPR/First Aid rating
