Services
Regulator Services
Annual Service: is a non warranty service of the first stage, second stage and alternate regulator. All 3 stages will be disassembled and cleaned in an ultra sound bath. After rinsing, the stages will be reassembled using manufacture service kits. After the regulator is reassembled it will tested and adjusted to manufacture specifications. The customer will pay for all parts and labor.
Warranty Service: The customer will need to provide proof of purchase within the last 13 month or records of warranty service within the last 13 months. Warranty service consists of the first stage, second stage and alternate regulator. All 3 stages will be disassembled and cleaned in an ultra sound bath. After rinsing, the stages will be reassembled using manufacture service kits. After the regulator is reassembled it will tested and adjusted to manufacture specifications. The customer will pay for labor only.
Hoses are not covered by any manufactures warranty programs.
BCD Service:
Annual Service: The B.C.D. will be cleaned on the inside and out. The Power inflator is disassembled and all manufacture suggested annual service parts are replaced. After reassembly the B.C.D. is tested to manufacture specifications.

SCUBAPRO
Warranty
SCUBAPRO warrants to the original consumer purchaser that, for the period of one year from date of purchase, each SCUBAPRO product component not otherwise warranted, and each SCUBAPRO replacement part, purchased from and authorized SCUBAPRO dealer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and with reasonable maintenance. This warranty does not apply to any product or part used commercially. A list of authorized SCUBAPRO dealers can be obtained online at www.scubapro.com.
******This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper usage, improper maintenance, neglect of care or maintenance or repair service performed by someone other than an authorized SCUBAPRO dealer.

SCUBAPRO and UWATEC invite you to register your products on-line. By registering your product purchases with us we are able to offer you extra and added services. For example, not only will registering and opening an account with us assist you in keeping track of the purchase dates of all your most valuable SCUBAPRO and UWATEC equipment (those identifiable by a serial number), but you will also benefit from special initiatives and promotions we may be offering. You will also be invited to participate in occasional surveys or contests. In summary, by opening an account and registering your purchases, you will be signed up as part of the SCUBAPRO team!
Even more importantly, if your products are registered, we can contact you directly about product updates, such as maintenance and service schedules, or upgrade opportunities.

OCEANIC
Oceanic intends to provide the original purchaser of its products from Authorized Oceanic Dealers with defect-free performance during the specified warranty period.
We receive frequent inquiries about our product distribution and warranty terms. So that there may be no misrepresentation of our warranty and service program terms, we post the exact text found on the registration forms.
All warranty and service program registrations require both the dealer's and owner's signatures, and other specific dealer and product information, to be valid.
ONLY products purchased from Authorized Oceanic Dealers are eligible for ANY warranty or service program coverage.
Products not purchased from an authorized source MAY NOT be authentic, be complete, have all design and production updates, meet Oceanic's performance and quality standards, and may have been tampered with.

INSTRUMENTS
Warranty does not extend to plastic gauge faces, rubber boots, HP hoses, O-rings, batteries, hose fitting corrosion, or chrome loss.
REGULATORS
Warranty does not extend to LP hoses; swivel or hose end O-rings, mouthpieces, stress cracks due to spraying with aerosols, rubber deterioration due to excessive exposure or lack of maintenance, chrome loss, or corrosion.
BUOYANCY COMPENSATORS
Warranty does not extend to abrasion, punctures or cuts to bladder material, or delamination due to exposure to chlorine exposure.
All products must be inspected annually by an authorized Oceanic Service Technician.
Oceanic and your authorized Oceanic Alliance Dealer will provide all overhaul service parts at no charge. This agreement is limited to standard overhaul replacement parts including o-rings, high pressure seats, gaskets, diaphragms, low pressure seats, seals, and any other standard replacement parts as noted in the current Oceanic Dealer parts listing.
All labor fees incurred in overhaul service are the responsibility of the owner of the product serviced. This includes, but is not limited to inspection, calibration, battery change, overhaul or other services performed.
AquaLung
Limited Warranty
Aqua Lung America warrants to the original purchaser for a period of time, specified below for each product, from the date of purchase that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided that it receives normal use, proper care and prescribed dealer service subject to the limitations listed below. The limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser for purchases made from an Authorized Aqua Lung America Dealer and is not transferable. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only at the discretion of Aqua Lung America. Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, casualty or normal wear and aging. Cosmetic damage(s), such as scratches, nicks and fraying are not covered under warranty except when the product is new, out of the original packaging. This warranty does not extend to equipment used for commercial or military purposes.

BCs: Limited Lifetime Warranty - Pro-rated (Passport BC’s have a 2 year limited warranty)
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT ON A PRO-RATED BASIS
Products under the Limited Lifetime Warranty that malfunction due to material or manufacturer defects that have also had a significant amount of use will be replaced on a pro-rated basis. Prorating will be determined by a percentage factor based on the condition of the product and how long the product was used prior to the warranty claim. This can be useful to evaluate Limited Lifetime Warranty claims since the warranty period is for the “useful life of the product” and not a set length of time. The following guidelines should be used in determining what pro-rated percentage will be used.
