The MDA 5-Star Club is for divers seeking adventure! It includes discounts at all MDA locations, preferred rates on rentals and air fills, special club rates on diving. Please note that this membership is designed for local Guam and U.S. Military residents.

Membership, free dives, and discounts are non-transferable.
Discounts and free dives apply to immediate family members only (spouses and/ or children). Family members must be registered on the MDA Computer when the card is purchased.
Five Star memberships are good for 12 months and therefore expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
